Supplies for food preparation, transport and catering 2026 (00863)

Summary

The tender concerns a dynamic purchasing system through which Hansel Oy’s clients procure supplies and related services for food preparation, transport and catering. The products are divided into three groups: tableware and consumables, packaging and/or disposable supplies, and small kitchen appliances and machines. Purchases under the system may be a single delivery, a complete delivery package, or the procurement of supplies and related services over a longer period. The system runs until 30 September 2031 and has an estimated total value of up to EUR 40,000,000 excluding VAT. Interested companies may submit an application to participate throughout the life of the system; later procurements will be carried out only among candidates admitted to the system. The contracting authority may also use electronic auction in the internal competitions.
