Procurement of bedding plants

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of bedding plants for the City of Oulu’s flower beds, parks and roadside green areas. The estimated annual need is about 13,000–15,000 plants. A framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier, with annual pricing and yearly orders based on a changing plant list.
