Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have properly performed, within the 60 months before the start of the procurement, at least one contract covering the following works: at least 100 m of drinking water pipeline construction with a diameter of at least De200 mm using the open-trench method, at least 100 m of concrete gravity sewer pipeline construction with a diameter of at least De1200 mm using the open-trench method, and construction of at least one concrete chamber with internal dimensions of at least 2 x 2 x 2 m. The contract must have been completed together with all related works and with the facility made ready for use. It is also allowed to rely on two contracts if, taken together, they cover all of these volumes. The bid price must be submitted in euros, excluding VAT, as a final actual price.
