Compliance requirements

The bidder must submit the procurement passport and the confirmations and documents required by the compliance conditions. For performance of the work, the bidder must provide the diver’s details and evidence of at least one diver detection operation in water at a minimum depth of 20 metres, the site supervisor’s details and evidence of experience in managing at least one offshore lifting and/or installation operation for a structure not connected to the shore and weighing 100 tonnes, and the marine biology lead expert’s details and evidence of relevant higher education and experience in at least two seabed biota and habitat surveys. The bidder must also provide the contractual contact person/project manager’s details, a work execution plan, a separate biota survey plan and a description of the lifting equipment to be used at sea.
