Construction of public water supply infrastructure in the Hatiku area of Mammaste village

The bidder’s average annual turnover for 01.01.2023–31.12.2025 must be at least EUR 400,000. The bidder must have carried out similar construction works within the last 60 months: at least 1 contract covering the construction or reconstruction of at least 1,000 m of drinking water pipeline, and at least 1 contract covering the construction of a public water supply borehole pumping station with water treatment and a remote monitoring and control system (SCADA). If SCADA was not installed in the same borehole pumping station project, the bidder must demonstrate SCADA installation competence through a separate reference project in another public water supply borehole pumping station project. These conditions may also be met through a smaller number of contracts if they cover the required scope of works. The bid must comply with the tender documents, and the bidder must submit the required confirmations and forms, including the joint bid power of attorney and the Part IV list, where applicable.
