Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice includes the standard exclusion ground for participation in a criminal organisation. It also asks whether the bidder or its management/representative has been finally convicted within the last five years, and whether any exclusion period still applies. If an exclusion ground exists, the bidder may provide evidence of self-cleaning. The notice also refers to the possibility of self-cleaning where allowed by the procurement documents or by law. Precise exclusion requirements should be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
For Lot 1, the bidder must prove that within the 36 months before the start of the procurement it has completed at least one similar furniture supply contract worth at least EUR 500,000 excluding VAT. A similar contract means a contract for the sale of furniture and its on-site installation. The bidder must submit a list of contracts with their value, dates and the other contracting parties, including the client representative’s contact details. The bid must follow the structure set out in the tender documents and the price form in Annex 2.1. If the bid is submitted as a joint bid, a power of attorney for the joint bidders must be attached. The bidder must also confirm that the bid complies with the tender documents and that, where relevant, equivalence has been explained and supporting evidence has been attached. The machine-readable notice did not include any other precise qualification or compliance requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents.
