Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that there are no exclusion grounds related to tax, payment or environmental charge debts. If the bidder is from another country, it must also add evidence proving the absence of such exclusion grounds. The machine-readable notice did not include any other precise exclusion grounds; these must be checked in the tender documents.
The bidder and/or its subcontractor must have a qualified responsible person for carrying out the works: a person responsible for electrical works who holds an A-class electrical competence certificate or at least the professional qualification of Certified Electrical Engineer, level 7 (specialisation in electrical networks and systems, competence in construction, operation and supervision), or an equivalent or higher qualification. The bidder must submit copies of documents proving that person's qualification and competence. The tender must include the application to participate in the procurement on Form I, the technical data of the offered device and a description of the offered service. The tender price must be submitted in euros without VAT and to the nearest cent according to the structure set out in the worksheet "Award criteria and evaluated indicators".
