Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds, including no final conviction in the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour or other forms of human trafficking, terrorist offences, and other listed serious offences. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may need to explain self-cleaning measures and provide supporting evidence. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
To prove technical and professional capacity, the bidder must show at least 2 previous contracts for road surface dressing works similar to the contract, completed within the 60 months before the start of the procurement. For each contract, the bidder must provide a description, total amount, currency, the bidder’s area of responsibility, the contract amount, the period, and the client and contact details, if available. Proper performance of the works must be evidenced. The machine-readable notice did not include any more precise qualification or compliance requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents.
