Participation requirements

Tender requirements are available in the official tender documents.

Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds in the tender passport, including convictions within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering, child labour and other listed offences. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may have to show self-cleaning measures. The machine-readable notice did not include the full precise list, so the official tender documents must be checked.

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must have at least 2 previously completed contracts or deliveries that meet the contracting authority’s specified characteristics. For these, the bidder must provide a description, total amount, currency, the bidder’s scope of responsibility, amount, period, and the client’s and contact person’s details. This requirement applies to lots 1–4. In addition, the bidder must confirm that the tender complies with the tender documents, conditional tenders are not allowed, the tender price must be submitted in the required structure, and where necessary equivalent solutions must be explained and supported by evidence. For lot 1, a technical tender must also be completed and the environmental requirements must be confirmed: the wood must come from legal sources, REACH candidate-list substances must be declared, the furniture must be detachable and repairable with hand tools, and the warranty must be at least 2 years with spare parts or equivalent elements available for at least 2 years after delivery.
