Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice includes mandatory exclusion grounds for criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering and terrorist financing. If any of these grounds apply to the company, the bidder must answer accordingly and may need to provide evidence of self-cleaning where allowed. The notice text does not provide any additional exclusion grounds beyond these standard grounds, so the official tender documents should be checked for any further requirements.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have completed at least two contracts in the 36 months before the start of the procurement, related to the installation, manufacture or sale of publicly used outdoor gym equipment. Each contract must have a value of at least EUR 20,000 excluding VAT. The bidder must provide the description of the contracts, the performance period, the client contact details, the amount and any other required information. If the work was carried out under a public procurement, the procurement reference number must also be provided. The contracting authority may request confirmations from the clients. The tender must comply with the technical description in the tender documents, and the bidder must provide the manufacturer, product model, technical data, images, product sheets or web links, and any other documents needed to prove compliance. The offer must be submitted according to the required price structure, and Form 1 must be attached where required. Conditional tenders are not allowed.
