Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds listed in the tender documents, including participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, and child labour or other forms of human trafficking. If any ground applies, the bidder may need to provide the conviction date, reason, who was convicted, the exclusion period, and evidence of self-cleaning, if allowed by the tender documents or applicable law.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The machine-readable notice did not include precise selection, suitability or compliance requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents. According to the compliance conditions, the bidder must confirm that the bid complies with all conditions set out in the procurement documents, and conditional bids are not allowed. The bid price must be submitted in the required structure. Bids may be submitted for up to 2 lots, and a contract may also be awarded to one bidder for up to 2 lots. The notice does not provide any exact financial capacity, experience, team or certificate requirements beyond this, so those must be checked in the tender documents if needed. The exclusion grounds are listed separately in the tender documents and must also be confirmed by the bidder.
