A comparable project means the construction, extension or full-building reconstruction of a building as the main contractor, and it must include at least the construction or reconstruction of the load-bearing structure and external envelope, the construction or reconstruction of a heat-recovery ventilation system, and the construction or reconstruction of a heating system. The bidder must provide the project name, building details, execution period, value, information on the nature of the works, and proof by means of a use notice, building permit number, or a copy of the handover-acceptance certificate. For each role, the bidder must provide the person’s first and last name and the qualification or competence certificate number. For foreign bidders, an equivalent qualification is acceptable. The water supply and sewerage systems specialist must have at least level 6 qualification as a water supply and sewerage engineer, or level 6 construction manager qualification with the relevant specialisation. The person involved in electrical works must have at least a Class B competence certificate or level 6 electrical engineer qualification in consumer electrical installations. The bidder must have a quality management system in the field of construction works that complies with at least EVS-EN ISO 9001, and an environmental management system that complies with at least EVS-EN ISO 14001, or equivalent requirements.
