Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice lists mandatory exclusion grounds such as participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences and other criminal convictions. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may need to show self-cleaning measures. The exact exclusion grounds and any detailed confirmations must be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have completed, or currently be performing, at least 2 similar full-service vehicle leasing contracts during the last 36 months. These contracts must relate to lot 1 passenger car, lot 2 van or lot 3 bus. To prove this, the bidder must provide the contract description, total amount, amount, period, customer name and contact details, and where relevant information on electronic availability. The bidder must also complete the technical specification form for the relevant lot. In the case of a joint bid, a power of attorney from the joint bidders must be submitted. The bid must comply with the conditions set out in the tender documents and, where necessary, equivalent evidence must be attached to show compliance with the technical specification and other requirements.
