Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice includes standard exclusion grounds such as participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other mandatory exclusion checks. The bidder must confirm these grounds and, where applicable, provide information on self-cleaning measures. The exact list continues in the tender documents and must be checked there.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have completed at least one contract or order equivalent to the subject of the procurement within the last 36 months, covering the organisation of a course, training and/or conference. As proof, the bidder must provide a description of the contract or order, its value, dates and information about the other contracting party. If requested by the contracting authority, additional explanations or documents must be provided within five working days. The bid must also confirm compliance with the procurement documents, that the technical solution matches the requirements, that the bid is submitted electronically and that conditional bids are not allowed. If subcontractors are used, the bidder must confirm that no subcontractor subject to replacement under Section 122(7) of the Public Procurement Act is involved. If the bid is a joint bid, a power of attorney from the joint bidders must be provided, and equivalence must be explained with supporting evidence where relevant.
