Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice includes standard exclusion grounds such as participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, and terrorist offences. The bidder or its managers/representatives must confirm that none of these grounds apply. If an exclusion ground exists, the bidder may be able to provide evidence of self-cleaning, but the exact conditions must be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must demonstrate technical and professional capability by reference to at least one previous construction contract completed within the 60 months before the start of the procurement procedure. Under that contract, a plastic sliding or track surface with a total area of at least 100 m² must have been installed, for example a summer tubing track, a plastic-panel slide track or another similar attraction track. To prove this, the bidder must provide a list of the main works with the object name and short description, the time of performance, the area of installed plastic material, and the client’s name and contact details. The bid must comply with the requirements set out in the procurement documents, and where necessary an equivalence explanation and evidence of equivalence must be included. In the case of a joint bid, a power of attorney from the joint bidders must be submitted. The machine-readable notice did not include any other precise qualification or compliance requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents.
