If any exclusion ground applies, the bidder may need to provide evidence of self-cleaning, and the documents say this must be checked in the official tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The machine-readable notice did not include precise qualification, suitability or compliance requirements; these must be checked in the official tender documents. According to the compliance conditions, the bid must meet all requirements set out in the tender documents, conditional bids are not allowed, and the bid price must be submitted in the prescribed structure. If an equivalent solution is offered, it must be explained and evidence of equivalence must be attached.
