Compliance requirements

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must be registered in the commercial register of its country of establishment and, if requested, provide evidence of registration. The average specific annual turnover in the field of engineering works and construction works must be at least EUR 100,000 for the last 3 years. The minimum amount of professional liability insurance is EUR 50,000. The bidder must have at least 2 previous contracts for the construction of sports fields completed within the last 60 months, and proper performance of those works must be proven. The person preparing the construction design must have the relevant competence.
