Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds, including convictions for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other serious offences listed in the tender documents. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may need to provide evidence of self-cleaning, where allowed. The machine-readable notice did not include the full precise list, so the official tender documents must be checked.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have carried out at least one project within the last 60 months that included the installation of a lift in a building. A reference for that project must be provided so that the contracting authority can verify compliance and, if needed, contact the client.
The bidder must also involve a person who will carry out the design work and who has previously designed the installation of lifts in buildings. The name of that person and details of the previous experience must be provided so that the contracting authority can verify the experience.
The bid must also include a description of the proposed solution together with the technical data of the lift system. Before submitting the bid, the bidder must inspect the site in person and attach the signed site inspection record to the bid documents.
