Compliance requirements

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must be registered in the commercial register of its country of establishment, or provide evidence of registration if required by the contracting authority. The bid must comply with the tender documents and, where necessary, include an explanation of equivalence and evidence of equivalence.
