The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds, including convictions for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, terrorist offences, and other mandatory exclusion grounds listed in the tender documents. The bidder may not change or delete the works descriptions, parameters, units, quantities or other data provided by the contracting authority.
