Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that neither the bidder nor its management, supervisory or representative persons have been finally convicted within the last five years for the listed exclusion grounds, including participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, and child labour or other forms of human trafficking. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may provide evidence of self-cleaning where allowed by law or the tender documents. The notice also includes sanctions-related confirmations concerning subcontractors, suppliers and the offered goods.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must prove that its management system complies with ISO 9001:2015 and that the certification scope covers interior project management, furniture manufacturing and installation, and the sale, installation and maintenance of laboratory equipment. The bidder must also prove compliance with ISO 14001:2015 in the same scope. The ESPD also requires confirmation that no exclusion ground applies and, where relevant, explanations and evidence of self-cleaning. The machine-readable notice did not include any other precise qualification or suitability requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents. The bidder must also check the tender documents for any required forms or supporting documents related to compliance requirements.
