Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The machine-readable notice did not include precise qualification or suitability criteria; these must be checked in the official tender documents. For compliance, the bidder must complete Appendix 1 technical description, column “Data of the offered vehicle”, submit the bid in the required structure, and attach equivalent evidence where necessary. The bid price must be provided in the structure set out in the worksheet “Award criteria and evaluated indicators”.
