The bidder must confirm the absence of exclusion grounds. The notice lists criminal convictions, illegal employment of foreigners, child labour and human trafficking, tax or social security debts, and sanctions-related grounds. The bidder must provide the relevant data on the contracting authority’s form and, upon request, also a confirmation from the client. The tender must comply with the procurement documents, and where necessary equivalence must be explained and evidence attached.
