Power cables
Summary
The tender concerns power cables. The bidder must be registered in the commercial register or an equivalent register in its country of establishment, and a bidder registered outside Estonia must provide a certificate from the competent authority in its country. The bidder must also be the manufacturer of the goods offered, the manufacturer’s official representative, or an authorised reseller, and must provide a written confirmation from the manufacturer. The bid must fully accept the tender document conditions; conditional bids are not allowed. If equivalent solutions are offered, the equivalence must be explained and supporting evidence must be attached. Annex 1 and Annex 3 must also be completed and submitted with the bid.

The bidder must be the manufacturer of the goods offered in the bid, the manufacturer’s official representative, or an authorised reseller, and must provide a written confirmation from the manufacturer in free form as proof. The bid must comply with the requirements set out in the tender documents, and conditional bids are not allowed. If an equivalent solution is offered, the bidder must explain the equivalence and attach supporting evidence. Annex 1 and Annex 3 must also be completed and submitted with the bid.
