The machine-readable notice did not include precise qualification, suitability or compliance criteria; these must be checked in the official tender documents. As compliance requirements, the offer must match the technical specification for the relevant lot, and the bidder must submit the required form or declaration, proof of CE marking or a copy of it, a factory-issued Energy Star certificate for lot 1, Estonian-language equipment descriptions with technical data, and a maintenance plan for regulated technical maintenance during the 24-month warranty period and the 36-month post-warranty period. The bid price must be submitted in the required structure, and all prices are final.
