The bidder’s average annual construction-related net turnover for the last 36 calendar months before the tender must be at least EUR 300,000. The calculation is based on the average net turnover for 2023, 2024 and 2025, and the bidder must submit an overview of this turnover. The bidder must have relevant prior experience: within the last 36 calendar months before the start of the procurement, it must have built two small residential buildings or non-residential buildings that are comparable in nature and construction technology to this procurement. An overview of the completed works and the contact details of the previous clients must be submitted so that the contracting authority can verify the references if needed. The bid must comply with the conditions set out in the tender documents. Conditional bids are not allowed. The bidder must confirm that it has reviewed the essential terms of the contract, the site and the project, and has taken into account all costs necessary for performing the works. The bid price must be submitted according to the specified structure, and the bid must remain in the same Excel format. In case of equivalence, it must be explained and supporting evidence must be attached to the bid documents.
