The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds in the tender passport, including convictions related to participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of trafficking in human beings, and other grounds listed in the tender documents. The bidder’s average annual turnover for 01.01.2023–31.12.2025 must be at least EUR 260,000.
