Design and construction of automatic fire alarm and emergency lighting systems for the administrative buildings of Tallinn Kesklinna Valitsus

The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds, including no final conviction in the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour or other forms of human trafficking, and other listed criminal grounds. If an exclusion ground exists, the bidder may need to provide evidence of self-cleaning where allowed. The bidder must have, within the 84 months preceding the start of the procurement, at least 3 properly performed contracts for the design and construction of security systems, including automatic fire alarm systems, in heritage-protected buildings.
