Purchase of concrete small forms

The bidder or members of its management body must not have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences or offences related to terrorist activities, money laundering or terrorist financing. If such a ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. The machine-readable notice did not contain further precise exclusion grounds; these must be checked in the tender documents.

The bidder’s total annual turnover for each of the last three financial years ended before the start of the procurement (2023, 2024 and 2025) must be at least EUR 100,000 per year. In addition, the bidder must have performed at least one sales contract for monolithic concrete small-form works during the last three financial years, with a value of at least EUR 50,000. The bidder must provide information on the contract value, dates and the other contracting parties. Under the compliance requirements, the bidder must confirm that the bid complies with the tender documents, conditional bids are not allowed, a joint bid requires a power of attorney, and the bid price must be submitted in the required structure. If any specific proof or form is required, it must be submitted in the form described in the tender documents.
