Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that none of the exclusion grounds listed in Section 95(1)(1)–(5) of the Public Procurement Act apply to it. These include participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorism-related offences, money laundering, illegal employment of foreign workers, human trafficking, tax debts and breaches of international sanctions. The bidder must also confirm that it has reviewed the instructions and rules published on the contracting authority’s website.
