Supply and installation of PV systems at the sites of RWZI Den Helder, Baggerdepot Oostoever and (optional) Balgzand

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and installation of PV systems in ground-mounted layouts at three sites in the north of North Holland: RWZI Den Helder, the former Oostoever dredging depot and, optionally, Balgzand. Because of the nearby military airfield, only glass-free plastic solar panels may be offered. The bidder must note that non-compliant panels will lead to exclusion. The award criteria are 40% quality and 60% price.
