Framework agreement for the supply of give-aways

Summary

The tender concerns the manufacture or purchase of promotional items (give-aways), their printing, engraving or embossing according to the contracting authority’s instructions, and their delivery. It is a framework agreement with three contract partners. The bidder must take into account that orders are placed as needed, price requests are made among the framework agreement partners, and the contract for each item goes to the bidder with the lowest price. In addition, samples and a separate product sheet for each give-away must be submitted.
