Under the compliance requirements, the bidder must confirm that the tender complies with the procurement documents, submit a power of attorney for a joint tender, provide unit prices for the shopping basket together with the offered item name and description, confirm that equivalent solutions are supported by evidence if applicable, confirm that the goods are not subject to international sanctions and do not originate from sanctioned areas, and confirm possession of the operating licence required for handling pyrotechnic products. The shopping basket prices must be fixed for 18 months and the goods must be delivered no later than 30 days after contract signature.
