Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for fuel supply at the pump using accreditive cards and related services for the vehicle fleet of the Commune of Beausoleil, the CCAS and the EHPA. The contract is divided into two lots. The supplier must have at least one sales point within 5–30 km of Beausoleil Town Hall for one lot, and a sales point within less than 5 km for the other lot. The network must be sufficiently developed to allow refuelling across the Alpes-Maritimes department, and if the supplier has a national network, refuelling must be possible nationwide 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
