Electric Hot-Dip Galvanizing Bath

The notice includes a nationality/origin restriction: the contracting authority excludes tenderers originating from third countries. Tenderers must state their country of origin, meaning the country where the company is registered. The tenderer must show annual sales revenue of at least EUR 250,000 for each of the last 3 completed financial years. For tenderers established outside Estonia, the contracting authority may request signed copies of financial statements or equivalent documents as proof. The tenderer must have delivered at least two electric hot-dip galvanizing baths to customers within the 48 months before publication of the contract notice. For each reference, the tenderer must provide the customer’s name and contact details, a short description of the delivered device, and the month and year of acceptance. To verify compliance with the technical requirements, the tenderer must complete Annex 1, Technical Requirements, and submit the relevant technical specifications.
