Purchase of reducers

The contracting authority will exclude a bidder if any of the exclusion grounds under Section 95(1) points 1–5 of the Estonian Public Procurement Act apply: criminal convictions related to organised crime, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences or related offences, money laundering or terrorist financing; unlawful employment of a foreign national or breach of conditions for employing a foreign national in Estonia, including paying less than the statutory wage rate; illegal use of child labour or human trafficking; tax, environmental charge or social security contribution debts; or a contract award that would breach an international sanction or a Government of Estonia sanction. The bidder must confirm that none of these grounds apply. The bidder must also confirm that it has reviewed the rules and instructions published on the contracting authority’s website.

The applicant must be registered in the commercial register or another equivalent register in its country of establishment, if this is required by the laws of that country. If registration is mandatory, a valid registration certificate or a copy of it must be submitted. For applicants registered in Estonia, the contracting authority checks the data itself.
