Evaluation of the municipality reform

Summary

The tender concerns a comprehensive evaluation of the municipality reform. The work must be based on the zero-point survey and analyse how merged and non-merged municipalities have developed, including whether any effects are due to the municipal merger or to other changed national and international framework conditions and events. The estimated value is up to NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. The contract runs until 1 November 2028. The notice also indicates that e-invoicing or an electronic process is required.
