The tender concerns planning and carrying out research and development work for a regional gap analysis of newsroom skills, workflows, policies and gender-inclusive practices across more than 30 current grantee newsrooms in Eastern Europe. The selected partner is expected to assess organisational capacity, identify gaps and provide tailored, actionable recommendations and a technical assistance plan for each grantee and for the region.
