Property maintenance services

Summary

The City of Pyhäntä is requesting tenders for property maintenance services for its properties. The contract covers the works listed in Appendix 1. The contract period is fixed from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029, with an option to extend it once for a further three years from 1 October 2029 to 30 September 2032. The option must be agreed no later than four months before the option period starts.
