Tree care services with special inspections and crown maintenance along Ruhrbahn overhead lines 2026–2029

Summary

The tender concerns special tree inspections, crown maintenance, urgent work orders and the felling of unsafe trees along Ruhrbahn overhead lines in Essen. The work covers about 1,977 city-owned trees, including about 271 plane trees, which must be inspected four times over 32 months at eight-month intervals. In addition, around 30 urgent tasks per year and about 30 fellings must be carried out over the contract period. The work is to be performed mainly during daylight and at weekends, including public holidays, and some tasks may take place at night.
