The contractor must supply, install and hand over a complete ready-to-use solution, including Wi-Fi components, active LAN switches, routers and broadband internet access based on symmetrical fibre connections. After commissioning, the contractor must operate the internet service for all residences and maintain the passive network infrastructure throughout the contract period.
