Procurement of Citrix licences

Summary

The tender concerns the renewal of Citrix UHMC licences together with related support and maintenance services for a five-year period from 30 September 2026 to 29 September 2031. It also allows for the possibility that, during the contract period, the licences may be converted to the Citrix Flex licensing model and procured as a service through Azure Marketplace from Citrix Azure capacity. The procurement also covers rights to XenServer, Unicon, Secure Private Access (SPA), uberAgent and NetScaler products associated with Citrix desktop and application virtualisation, with manufacturer-provided support services.
