The tender concerns maintenance and support services for the industrial process control and OT network systems of SEFE Storage facilities, including information security. The contractor must provide 24/7 on-call availability with guaranteed response times, ensure defined plant availability, carry out planned and unplanned tasks, including one PCS 7 / virtualisation upgrade project per site and other small projects, and supply materials.
