Enterprise Service Management Platform
Summary
The tender concerns the implementation of an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform for Technische Universiteit Eindhoven. The solution must support at least service request management, service delivery orchestration and support. The first implementation wave covers HRM, ESA and LIS services, which are currently supported in Topdesk, and these must be explicitly included in the supplier’s proposal and implementation plan. Implementation is planned to start at the end of September 2026.
