Elevator maintenance services

Summary

The tender concerns elevator maintenance services in two lots: 1) elevator maintenance for the new buildings in the OYS2030 project, and 2) elevator maintenance for other properties owned by the Pohde wellbeing services county. A bid may be submitted for one or both lots. The contract period is 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2029, with an option to extend it from 1 September 2029 to 31 August 2030. The contracting authority may also make additional purchases of up to 50% of the total contract value and extend the contract to other units if operations change. Travel costs are reimbursed according to the stated model when the site is outside Oulu or Oulainen.
