SAP Basis operations as a managed service (2nd level)

Summary

The tender concerns SAP Basis operations as a managed service and second-level support for BEW’s SAP system landscapes. The systems are currently in an active build-up and migration phase, so the contractor is expected to provide a stable operating basis, monitor and resolve incidents, prevent bottlenecks proactively, and analyse and eliminate root causes. The service will use and further develop existing systems and tools such as SAP ERP 6.0 (EhP 8) on HANA DB on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 9), SAP Cloud ALM and Avantra.
