Tender for building maintenance services

Summary

The tender concerns building maintenance for the Provinciehuis Noord-Brabant and the Museumkwartier in ’s-Hertogenbosch. The work includes preventive and corrective maintenance, replacement of building components and maintaining the required condition in accordance with NEN 2767. One contractor will be engaged for a 10-year period, and the scope may change during the contract term due to the addition, modification or disposal of buildings, building parts or facilities.
