Inspection, maintenance and repair services for roofs and roof safety products

Summary

The tender concerns inspection, maintenance and repair services for flat roofs and roof safety products in properties managed by Oulun Tilapalvelut. The work includes annual and periodic inspections, maintenance, repair of urgent and non-urgent faults, and, where needed, spare parts and minor additional works. The aim is to ensure safe use, reliability and predictable maintenance of the roofs. A framework agreement will be concluded with two suppliers, and the contracting authority is not obliged to purchase a fixed volume. If successful, the two most economically advantageous bidders will be selected; the lowest-priced bidder will be assigned area 1 and the second-ranked bidder area 2. The tender must be submitted as unit prices and must not include the bidder’s own terms.
