Smart electricity meters and smart AMI HES

Summary

The tender concerns a multi-vendor framework agreement in two lots for smart electricity meters and a smart advanced metering infrastructure head-end system. The contractor must be able to manufacture, supply and deliver up to 1,500,000 single-phase and three-phase smart meters, and develop, integrate, implement, test, migrate and commission the HES and related IT systems. The framework is planned for an initial term of 6 years, with an option to extend by up to 9 additional years to cover ongoing IT and technology support and maintenance services.
