The tender concerns the full operation of the student residence in Lindau (Bodensee) at Reutiner Straße 12 as a socially pedagogically supervised residential arrangement. The contractor must provide management, educational support for pupils, administration of the residence, cleaning, household operations including meal provision, facility management and other services. In addition, the contractor must care for and feed pupils who are not accommodated in the student residence but stay in external accommodation, and organise and arrange such external accommodation. Lunch must also be offered, within the available kitchen and storage capacity, to other persons, especially day pupils and teachers.
